getting noisier?

Am I crazy? or is windsor terrace significantly nosier this summer than last?

I'm not referring to events in the park and such.

There are at least two people who practice drums during the day; occasionally there is a full on band practice with amplifiers somewhere near the intersection of 11th ave and 16th street; with the amount of hammering, and sawing I've heard you would think a whole new house went up on Windsor place.

Okay, I know I'm crazy but am I wrong about this?
