I am from Denmark.

In october I´m going to New York with at friend and our 3 kinds in the age of 7, 11 and 17-years.

We are going to live in at rented appartment for 10 days.

The adress is on Jefferson St Brooklyn, NY 11237.

Notic it is on Jefferson st, not Avenue. It will be in the end of the street,Jefferson st/Cypress Avenue.

Now the situation is that friends and family around us, are telling us - that this is a very unsafe neighbourhood.

I need to here about the rights of that opinion?

Do you find it safe to live there and experience NY from there. EX come home at 10-11 pm with L train ;0)
