Utilities in Brooklyn
I am looking at a 4 bedroom apartment at halsey st brooklyn, and it's utilities are about $200 per person, about $800 for the apartment. This sounds absurd to me, am I right in thinking this?

Does that include a doorman or something?

If that includes full cable and internet and electric in the summer...maybe? Does it also include heat?
