When will Verizon FIOS come to Williamburg/Bushwick?

In my desperation to leave TWC I've been doing some research today about FIOS availability in the Burg. Looks like it's available in some of the newer buildings, but not on most blocks in the neighborhood. At least at my own building on Montrose Ave it's not available yet, although it's new enough that setup should be easy...

What's the latest you've heard about getting this alternative to the TWC monopoly on high-speed internet?
