Husky mix found in Park Slope today, Dec 19 2012
Not found by me.
The dog is reportedly friendly and was wandering the streets. The person who found him took him to the park to see if anyone knew it.
Dog was then placed in the care of this woman, who rescues dogs:

Priority 1: Reunite owner an dog
Priority 2: Find dog new owner if old owner can not be found in some specified time period.

Yea, off leash really works.

Winston, I heard he has been reunified after escaping from a yard near where he was found.
...this has nothing to do with Prospect Park off lease.
But hey, if you want to rant about how off leash is bad for dogs, humans, the park and civilization ...feel free. It will be just like old times.

Sorry, I just assumed this pet got separated from it's owner during wild dog time in Prospect Park.
