Need some help from my guy neighbors
Ladies please feel free to chime in also -
OK here is the deal - My 28 year old nephew has closed on his coop and is having a house warming party. He is a NYC police officer and is single. Grandma and his mom have already covered the kitchen wares, bathroom and bedroom linens. My questions is this - what would be a really good housewarming gift for a single guy? As a young guy what would you like to have in your home that you would not buy yourself.
(Some friends and me have already put together the "fun" package, i.e, condoms, fast food delivery menus, stamps, etc.).
Thanks all

Does he already have other home decor type stuff? Maybe a nice wall clock for his living room or something like that?

A kickass subwoofer. -
i am exceptionally good at suggesting gifts.
--bar stuff; a martini shaker, glasses, the right booze, olives, a bartending guide.
--a netflix subscription
--a fairway gift certificate -
If he cooks go to Bridge Kitchenware on E45th and 5th. Buy him a tin lined copper frying pan with a wooden spatula. If he doesn't cook then a gift certificate to any cat house in Reno, NV should do.

great idea! -
I don't know the recipient or your budget, but here's a few:
- A kegulator
- I second the bar stuff suggestion
- I second the xbox 360/system of your choice suggestion
- Bigass leather chair and ottoman
- A nice lamp, not one of those skinny black ones that people throw out in droves. Do those things come from the factory broken or what? Anyway, I digress...
- A blacklight and some posters -
Thanks - for all the great ideas! I decided to go with setting him up with a fully equipped bar.
Thanks again! -
