I'll post more details as I learn them, but I have heard that you have had trouble convincing your funders and board members that your mission and methods continue to remain vital as our neighborhood has changed.

I hope that your national and private funders will redirect the money provided to you to other communities which need development and cultural organizations, as badly as ours needed it when you were founded in 2003. I hope that these organizations will make an impact that is as large, and as positive as the one you made on the Crown Heights area over the last 10 years.

You obtained the majority of your funding from the local cultural institutions that comprised your membership. I hope that these entities continue to use these funds in a way which continues to strengthen this community.
