Ceramic Studio: Devoted Space in Bright, Airy, Private Ceramic Studio

http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/ats/3609469595.html

Devoted space in private, bright and airy studio, the perfect step up from a group space. Your space, outlined in green in the pictures, is yours alone. I am rarely there on weekends or most evenings.

I am an established ceramic artist and am dividing my Sunset Park studio to share with another ceramic artist. Pictures below, all green areas are your private, devoted space. From the shot looking in, space would be on the left in front of the kiln. From the picture showing my desk), desk/worktable space is in green. In pic looking straight on, your space is marked in green. Entire studio is just over 400 square feet. Very open, very airy.

Studio is in Sunset Park's Industry City. Other artists in adjacent studios do amazing work in all mediums. There's a Skutt 1027 kiln to share, firings cost @ $40-$50 to cone 6 and are on top of rent (@ $40 give or take). There's room for your own wheel, thought I can share mine. There's a giant table and shelving the renter can use (it's in the pictures). 1 1/2 blocks from the D, R, and N trains. A block from Costco, 2 blocks from the Van Brunt post office. Studio is open 24/7, very bright, very quiet, has: wireless, slop sink, freight elevator and mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker

Please be tidy, but know that I am not. Price, $375 plus firings, firm
