There was shooting yesterday evening on Utica, between Lincoln and EP.

Utica was actually closed until at least 7 PM, while the police investigated.

From what I have heard, there are no fatalities yet.

Two individuals were shot, and both are hospitalized.

So, there could be a fatality, but there isn't yet.

SOS Crown Heights will be at the location on Thursday (Feb 28, 2013) at 5:00pm on Eastern Parkway and Utica to speak out against violence.

There's no press on it, because no one has died. This report shows it as being on the S side of EP, when it actually occurred on the northside.
