Looking for a space for Music

Hi,

Me and my colleagues are driven of Williamsburg by high rent and we are looking for a space where we can use as our music studio (to record, rehearse and teach from).

Having in mind some areas around Gowanus or South Slope, or the Navy Yard where we could get some cheaper space and where we could also make music without bothering the neighbors.

Any leads, contacts or ideas about where to look or who to talk to/call would be much appreciated!,
