TV show featuring Astoria
Hey,
I just wanted to let you know that there is a New York local TV show, “Cool in Your Code,†that is premiering its second season on August 9th. The show is an insider’s view of the city, and it takes you through the various neighborhoods and boroughs. It shows different hip restaurants, clubs, bars, events, shopping, etc.; kind of like a video tour. CiNYC is helpful when it comes to learning more about the city you live in, as well as finding good places to spend time and have fun. The first three episodes are going to highlight Hell’s Kitchen, Astoria, and then Staten Island, and each week also includes other segments, such as insight into the life of a celebrity who grew up in the focused area of New York. CiNYC is on channel 25 on Tuesdays at 8:30 pm.

I have been to a couple of SI Yankee games and have to say we had a ball. Its a beautiful stadium right on the water. Its only one block from the ferry landing.
