  • When last seen our young perp didn't exactly look "untouched." And I have some expertise in the subject of "mishandling."

And where did the "he had a gun" come from. From some unregistered poster on this forum? Can someone post a news story about that. The cops I spoke to never mentioned a gun, they said it was an "attempted robbery."

All I'm sayinbg is I'd hate to be a black teenager "accussed" of anything surrounded by 50 cops (overwhelmingly white) in Park Slope, especially when two cops were "injured" during the chase.
  • Edit: Ah, never mind I reviewed the thread and realized I missed something. Comment withdrawn.

But "perp" should definitely be in "scare" quotes too. Like that.

I don't know if he had a gun or not, like you said, no news story was posted, then again, I don't know he was even touched by the cops, again, no news story. I also don't know he was black, white or yellow, brown, clear or none of the above. All I know is some A** hole punk in my neighborhood (or any neighborhood) was robbing someone/someone's home/ someone's stuff. If 100 cops come out to stop him or her, good. Better that then letting the kid get away and driving the neighborhood to it's knees with crime once people realize they can do what they want and no cops will be there.
  • Ah yes, play the race card. Who needs Al Sharpton.

stop playing the race card on these things. god the kid is a criminal. if he was white he deserves to be treated the same way.
