Window repair?

Hi gang. Looking for inexpensive window repair person or company. One of our double-hung windows won't stay up--the locking mechanism is broken. Other window issues as well (torn screens, etc.)

My building has a contract with Buena Vista Windows.

Their office is in the Bronx, but they seem to service lots of buildings locally and we are happy with them.
