According to the actress the landlord is expecting to get triple the rent. She also stated that the landlord is looking to sign a chain such as McDonald's or Olive Garden. However, I doubt that the landlord stated as such.

I really hope the space is rented to a private enterprise in keeping with 5th avenue's charm and allure. Would hate to see 5th avenue turn into 7th.
