Dear 739 Bar,

Sometimes your DJs and comedians and all are not so loud (thank you!) and sometimes they are very loud (why??). Are you doing something different on different nights? Like leaving open windows when it's warm out?

Whatever you're doing on quiet nights is awesome! Do more of that. And less of whatever makes you loud.

This place is really weird. I've only been once but it was truly odd. Some friends and I met up there for drinks at 9 on a Saturday night. The bar was next to empty except for the three of us, three really far-gone drunks, another couple and two bar tenders. When I went to the bar one of the bar tenders made it seem like she was really deigning to serve me. It took her so long to get me my drink and change that my friends had already finished theirs. But the other bar tender kept pouring the drunks at the bar rounds even after one kept falling off his stool.
