Thefts of packages from building lobbies.

Perhaps this one can be attributed to relearning common sense, but our small condo building in Western Crown Heights has has been targeted by thieves and other lowlives recently. In our case, they made off with garden edging and grass seed. So, looks like a crime of opportunity (door was probably ajar) rather than some master criminal mind at work. And of course, the security camera wasn't working when this happened.

Anyhow, don't leave packages in your lobby, close your doors, and maintain your security cameras.
