Rents for the Affordable Units at Dock Street will be between approximately $500 - $850 per month for Studios, 1 and 2 BR’s depending on income, family size, and apartment size.

RENTAL APPLICATIONS will not be available at presentation, but will be sometime in 2014. We will notify those who sign in and/or rsvp about when applications are available.
