It's ironic...there seems to be more and more "shooting responses" lately. S.O.S. with all their good intentions are not getting through to the ones doing the shooting. I doubt the gang bangers, and I'm speculating that's who's doing this, are not going to change their ways of taking care of their business.

SOS certainly knows and is familiar with those who are doing the shooting. ...they also know most of the people who are shot and killed.

Yes, the trick is getting them to listen, and getting them to see an alternative.

Needless to say, progress is tough to measure.
