Commotion on Park Pl 7/24

Walking east last night on Park Pl between Classon & Franklin around 10pm and heard *something* followed by a silver car peeling out and speeding towards Bedford. Everyone on the block started running towards the scene.

Anybody know what happened? I can't say I heard a gunshot, but something definitely happened and it's not on the crime map.

Not sure what happened. I live on that block, and it's definitely high season for people to loiter, smoke weed and generally make a nuisance. The wide sidewalks tend to attract folks that congregate.

It's amazing how much things vary block to block. I'm a block over and it's quiet, friendly, and peaceful.
