Does anyone know who is blasting music tonight and last night til 3:00am...they're playing the same one line over and over and over again for hours! Possibly a music studio. It's a woman's voice, and several people yelled for them to turn it down but to no avail. I live near Compare Foods/ Neptune Diner, on Classon near St Marks/Bergen. The police won't do anything w/o an address.
