Kingdom Life Ministries 770 Park Place

A friend of mine is involved in some plans for this building.

He said that the Kingdom Life Ministries building at, 770 Park Place bw Rogers and Nostrand, is to be demolished and a 6 story "community center" will take its place.

He isn't sure of more details but will let me know/send over renderings as they come. I didn't ask if the same people who own the current building are involved or new developers.

He also said it's in the early stages of renderings and probably won't be completed for another 3 years or so. Apparently a lot of things inside the building were not done to code/illegal so they have to renovate legally or something before it gets demolished, at least that's what I understood from our conversation.
