3 store fronts for rent - Park/Nostrand

819 Park Place (formerly M&M postal, which I used quite frequently), what I assume is 821 Park Place (Good Cuts Barber Shop) and what I assume is 823 Park Place (Pest Control) seem to be up for rent.

819 closed up shop last month, the pest control place left a note three weeks ago "closed until further notice" and the barber shop has moved to Nostrand. The for rent sign is only above 819, but seeing how all three businesses closed up shop/relocated within the last month I'm sure they're all up for rent. Will keep an eye out for any progress.

821 Park Place, formerly Good Cuts barber shop is being replaced by a salon. The gates were up today with hairstyle pictures in the windows, newly painted walls and those salon chairs with the head things on them. 819 and 823 seem to have no action yet.

So 821 has indeed opened as a different salon called Park Place Hair Salon while the pest control place has resumed business as well. 819 is the only store that seems to be for rent.
