I have no information on it being listed for sale, but it would not surprise me if this large lot hits the market relatively soon as a result of the recent rezoning.

When developed, the site would not be as attractive as its neighbor (1515 Bedford, formerly a movie theater in the process of being redeveloped) because it would not get Mahattan views. However, it would get views of the Verrazano Bridge....
