Help My Best Friends Find an Apartment...!!

Dear Neighbors,

My best friends (Keith & Kyle) are hoping to find an apartment in either the Slope or Prospect Heights and I'd like to help them find one so they can live nearby...

They're a brilliant couple - both hugely talented trained actors - with steady employment however - and will always be on time with the rent...!

They're totally considerate, late twentish - very mature and responsible...not partiers (more of a dinner party kind of couple) -
they're non- smokers and are drug-free...

They're looking either for a place of their own or a small 1bdrm or Studio. Anything in the range of 1500 or less...

Any information would be appreciated...

Wow - thanks for the heads up - I did pass on the ad to my friend...But he wasn't interested in being near Coney Island- Can't imagine why...Anyways, that's really shady. So thanks again.

Hi ,
I did post the ads and yes I do write the ads for the manangement company but two of my friends did move in. They were hestiate at first but the area has changed so much. Lots of developers are building luxury buildings there recently anf the City is pouring money there. Even trump has recently brought property to develop there. Also I am postings ads for luxury buildings in Park slope here too but I did not recommend those because those are $2,800 per month and I think thats nuts! My friends had planned to spend similiar but when they saw the other building and saw the other tenants that have rented there they were very very thankful to me.

Well, if you're actually reading these responses, please take a moment to read THE RULES (linked at the top of every page) and the rules for the classifieds (at the top of the classfieds forum). You are spamming the boards just as bad as any you-know-what-kind-of-medication purveyor and the mods are frankly sick of it, and of you. This place isn't some free-for-all; someone actually pays to run the site and it doesn't exist to provide you with a free wall to spray-paint your ads all over. Try to show a little courtesy like so many of our posters manage to do.

Sorry if the above posts seem out of context now, but I deleted the ad, and will continue to delete any ads from that management company. There have been too many warnings ignored.
