In recognition of National Hospice/Palliative Care Month, SUN-B is dedicating its November

meeting to a program presented by Calvary Hospital on this critically important topic. Speakers include:

Tony Susi, ACSW, ACHP-SW, Director of Supportive Services, Calvary Hospital Hospice Program; Nancy D’Agostino, VP of Community Patient Services, Calvary Hospital Hospice Program; and Patrice Cashen, RN, Outreach Coordinator, Calvary Hospital Hospice Program. The program is open to all including family members and caregivers of seniors who want to keep abreast of these issues. Admission is free and a continental breakfast will be served.
