This restaurant has apparently applied for a food permit change.

It is presently a coffee shop. However, an entity named J and H Restaurant may soon take over the space.

  • What exactly does a food permit change mean?

Jenny's is currently a good Dominican steam table/lunch counter type of spot, and my hubby's fave breakfast. Very popular with Sanitation workers. Hoping we don't lose the Dominican food.

  • In this situation, the details are not known to me.

It could mean something as simple as a new owner, one that continues to run it in the same manner with the same employees.

Ask the hubby to ask the waiter.
