Anyone (small biz owner or otherwise) have something to promote?

Hey guys, I've been lurking here for a while since moving here and apologize if my first post comes off as spammy. On a whim, I applied for Twitter's Small Business promotion campaign and received $100 of complementary promo dollars. The thing is I don't really have anything to promote, and don't want this to go to waste. So thought I'd ask here if anyone has something they would want me to share on their behalf, such as a sale, new website, product or service, local announcement, etc.? Just post it here.

My Twitter is @WorkdayTools, and from what I understand about how Twitter's promoted Tweets is that they get seen by people beyond just my followers (it gets seen by users with similar keywords, location, or people they follow, I think?).
