Something food related is coming to Grand and Dean.
568 Grand Avenue, a building which features several auto repair shops, has applied for a DOH restaurant permit.
Note, this is something new, I'm not jabbering about the "new" spanish place on the corner.
Note, I believe it is just one of the shops that is "turning".
