PLG Arts Tugboat Local Artists Series presents Fabian Palencia's "Subterranean," showing photographs he shot in the NYC subway system throughout January at Tugboat Tea Company. Join us Thursday January 16th, from 6–9 PM for the exhibit reception. Fabian is a contributing photographer and writer for Hycide Magazine, where he recently published this photo essay.
