How's the pizza Alfy? -
MichaelKeys wrote: How's the pizza Alfy?
This has caused a mashup in my head ... "What's it all about, Alfie?" combined with "How high's the water, mama? Two feet high and rising"
Back to you, Mr. Keys. -
Indeed.
Come out and play, sweet tea. -
pizza is awesome, as usual. the best part about antonios is that I can get a nice, big pizza for $18 and it'll feed me for DAYS. like, more than two. pizza is the perfect food.
right, sweet tea? -
you said it. i like the "norma" from amorina, myself.
et tu, why fi? -
sadly, amorina pizzas only feed me for one night, or max one night and breakfast the next day. antonios, though, gives me a bit more bang for my buck. and, of course, in a totally martha stewart meets busy single girl thing meets global warming terror, I wrap each slice in tinfoil so it is easily slid into the oven to warm up for my next meal. I create my own ovenbake meals.

oh, and shishkeb!
-
mmm, i had pizza, too. just came back from a night with the girlfriends in midtown. it was a pajama party just like the good ol' days, 'cept this time i got to play bartender (fun hobby).
gonna head off to bed before the booze completely wears off and causes insomnia. so i pass the torch to.... Michael Keys!! -
Thank you, S.
Alafairnadia, I take it you did not see go see Slayer this evening? -
sadly, no. but I did celebrate the national day of slayer (or whatever it was called) last year by blasting reign in blood.
did you, shishkab, fellow pizza person? -
nope, can't say i did. but speaking of celebrations,
holidays for this date 2/16 include...
Independence Day (1918)Lithuania
Kim Jong-il's BirthdayNorth Korea
Mahashivratri (Great Shiva Night) Sri Lanka
party on, quijibo! -
maybe he's too caught up in the party to post.
yesterday, i saw a young teenager walking down the block, carrying a snowshovel. he spat on the ground.
should i have praised him, condemned him, or given him a microloan? whyfi? -
None of the above - you should have mugged him for his iPod.
So, has the recent cold snap eased your fears about global warming and the impending end of the world, MK? I feel better already... although wearing chunky, waterproof footwear isn't so appealing... -
Happy birthday to The Great Leader
(or The Little General, or whatever we're supposed to call Kim Jong-Il)
To celebrate, we get to walk 14 miles in the snow to put on a show of syncopated gymnastics! (anybody else see that doc from N.Korea that's on netflix? faaaaaascinating spectacles they put on there)
Happy Birthday Great Leader!
and you too MK . . . MK? -
The chill has calmed me down a bit, WhyFi. But I've said nyet to the chunky, uncomfortable footwear.
Thanks for the b-day wishes pitu, but the actual day is Tue. However, the festivities do indeed begin tonight. In spite of this, I would appreciate not being mentioned in the same breath as The Great Pompadour.
Shall we be toasting later this evening, Carny? -
because then you'll have to switch your avatar to something more like this, eh?

what do you think he should do, pitu? -
WWPD (what would pitu do)
right shish? -
Carnivore, yer it!
-
OK. I have returned.
I was locked out of my apartment yesterday morning after an overnight shift, so I passed out as soon as I got in at around 6pm when my wife got home from work.
Uhg. Bad day.
However, to quote "Buddy" from Night Court:
"But I'm feeling much better now."
LIGH next. -
no dice. I'm still at work.
pitu next. -
I'm here..and damn that sux. An d I thought I had a bad week (well, god) at all my late nite community meetings.
Pitu next? -
alafairnadia, HA DITTO!
Who wind if we both do? -
I am confused by the post above...who wind, indeed sleeping carnivoice?
I oppose the pompadour. that's wpwd! -
i, too, was so confused by Lost's post that i stayed away. hopefully he'll come back and esplain

but i'll bite... i wind, ha ditto!
do you wind, too, laura, or just breeze a little? -
No laura here. Have you made it to the styrofoam snowy park, shish?
And what is the film with the Wind of Her Misfortune, you scholars of Latin American magical fiction and film?
what IS it shishkab? -
oi! after work, went to (LOL) lotus. jersey ppl everywhere!
jersey is scary, no shishkab? -
sadly, no, pitu. the icy stuff is painful on my shepherd's feet, and he refuses to play when i put his booties on him. once it got crunchy i had to stay away.
oh, and i can't read it well enough, but i think the story you are talking about is from Nobel Prize winner Gabriel Garcia Marquez, no?
Alafair, jersey scares me so much i make the warding sign and smudge the car with sage every time i pass by. frightening place, that jersey. brrr.
I STILL WIND, HA DITTO!!! don't you, Michael Keys? or are you still recovering? -
hey, i have to negate my own guess for this breaking news flash:
didja notice that original Glove Hat Idlewild inferred that the out-of-control children rant on the PS board could outnumber, outrank, or outshine this one? Idlewild even suggested those noo-nahs could actually catch up to us on our beloved, unvitriolic, unvenomous thread! and them's fightin' words!
so to you, dear Idlewild, i say to thee: PBLT :P retort? -
what will last longer... a thread on hate... or a nonsensical thread?
what say you locked-out carnivore? -
I'm puttin the gloves on Shishkab. We'll be them!
MK, are you still passed out??
Damn boy, we better hear some good stories!
Right Pitu?
Howdy, Stranger!
