Hello, I'm going on Friday to look at a place on Parkside Ave. for sale. Close to Bedford. Does anyone know of any potential downsides there? Noise, traffic, etc. I mean? Thank you.

Hello -- yes, it was nice, but too small for what I need. but I really love PLG and am looking intensively for something to buy there.
