There are at least 20 brokerage firms located on 7th Avenue in Park Slope. You're best would probably be to speak to them. Since you don't seem to know this, I'd venture to say you don't actually have a real reason to be in the neighborhood as you haven't spent much time there.
Suffice it to say - office space will likely be much cheaper elsewhere in Brooklyn. Downtown Brooklyn is also very affordable for probably better quality space. -
