Jonah is one of the best live performers I have ever seen. He previous bands/projects were Far, Onelinedrawing, New End Original, gratitude, guest vocals on the Fort Minor record, and sampled on Lupe Fiasco's.
Also I have never seen Stephen solo, but Cave In is a great band as well

The Spinto Ban is playing Luna Lounge 361 Metropolitan Ave Saturday night.

I don't know them but someone from England saw them when they played over there and recommended them to me.
