Just a caveat for anyone who finds this via search... I ended up renting oen of these places in 2005. My terrible experiences with this landlord have compelled me to come back to this post and offer anyone seeking to rent there in the future a major caveat:

Stacey, the Landlord in question, has a history of being very casual (as in, not putting anything on paper) and not returning pro-rated rent, etc, and as a matter of fact, she has owed me several hundred dollars since I left her building in 2005, and im sure ill never see that money.

Just saying, for the record. Use caution if you deal with this person or this building, and make sure you get everything in writing before handing over any money! :shock:
