Why do dog owners in the Bed Stuy area near Nostrand ..Tompkins Marcy on Macon think its OK to leave doggie poop on street. How Gross. You should be ashamed of yourself when you do it. You shouldnt have privileges to own if you can't maintain respectable mannerisms as owner.
Next time i see you - I will call you out if you don't have a bag.

It just isn't B-S, it's CH, FG and right in my back yard, the Navy Yard too.

I was in Queens on the weekend and I saw some Park Rangers bust a guy for not picking up after his dog. He was trying every excuse in the book and the Park Rangers weren't buying any of them. Good for them.

Basically it's a result of there being too many inconsiderate and irresponsible dog owners.

To me it's pretty simple - if you own a dog and you take it outside for a walk you take a plastic bag or two along with you. Not sure why that's so difficult for a lot of dog owners to comprehend.

the truth is undeniable that dog fighting/abuse happens in brownsville, and what better dog to fight then the mighty pitbull, and yes ive been there and witnessed it first hand. ugh terrible.

I think the point is that it ain't just pitbulls that poop, though, and that irresponsible dog owners can be found anywhere where people own dogs.

And make them shut up at night too.. Someone left there dog outside last night. Kept barking from like 2 - 4 in the morning.. WTF.. I was 10 seconds from calling 311..But I have this 'Stop Snitching' mentality sometimes.. Like I hate calling the police for simple shit.. But WTF. It's a weekday. This is for whoever it is in the Halsey , Throop area...
