scuming sucking keyspan(I miss old nyc)

grrrr i'm broke and they just made my day. they were suppose to come at 8am to 1pm. well they didnt come. and now they tell me i have to reschudle. the earliest they could do it is aug 24!!! they first told me sept something. and i was like no i'm losing ten of thousands of dollars already waiting for them for months.

I told them i'm gonna call them twice a day till someone drops their apoinment and i'll take their earlier spot.

most people who wants to get in on sept 1st would already have found a place already . god this sucks.

waiting for keyspan for about a 1month+ now.

I waited around the house to install the washer and dryer. the key span guy came. told me he could only install 3 meters instead of 7.

he didnt know they cancle the apoinment.

so i grease his palms a bit and this was like around 2pm. he was only here to install the 1r, 2r, and 3r. i needed the main one for hot water and heat.

so i said if you can install that one i'll really apreciated it. he said he understood. so he went to get 4 meters instead of 3. he was about to install. stupid central people called him to rush over to staten island and told him to install 1 meter instead. he already had them out. takes only 10 mins to install them all. but he couldnt.

so he install only one and gave me back my grease. but i gave it to him anyway told him hey its cool and all.

but he promise to be back either tomorrow or thur instead of aug 24.

the old nyc i would of gotten the whole thing done with the right greasing of the palms. but this beats aug 24 any day. grease well spent.

also they central command is super slow. the emgency was way over by 3:30 thats when he left.

man i havent work all week. and to boot the one they did add gas to. the oven doesnt work!!! the counter tops do. grrrr hopefully they'll send someone over to fix it under warranty. if not i'll pay out of pocket depends when they are gonna come.

i be posting all day again today and tomorrow. they gonna come for sure tomorrow. but would only install 2 meters and rest on aug 23rd.
