power washing decks

I've called several companies to come power wash my deck but none of them show up. Has anyone used anybody for this and have a recommendation?

Did they quote you a price? You might just want to go out to Lowe's or Home Depot and pick one up. If you are going to power wash it twice a year or more you may want to weight the cost of that and the un-reliability of the places you called against just picking one up. Ive seen some gas powered ones around $260 but they can get much more expensive. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now I have a bunch of things wrong with my arm so don't think I'd have the strength or dexterity to handle one of those machines.
