bet he didn't sound like this

I once yelled out the window for a kid to shut up. A little harsh but it was very early in the morning and the damn kid was singing the ABC song really loud and sounding like a rabid goat.

eggs. i used to live on a block with a grocery store down the street. lovely and convenient, but at 6 a.m. there were delivery trucks double parked and cars would honk honk honk honk honk. always just about half an hour before i was ready to be sentient. i took to tossing eggs. i don't know if anyone learned a repeat lesson but it shut up the immediate transgressors quickly. -
Splunge: I've always been SO tempted to throw eggs from my window onto shrieking car alarmed cars before.... you've given me new inspiration to be tempted once more.

My friend egged a car cause they hadn't moved it for the day of her block party.

i felt sort of bad about it the first time that i became motivated enough by the non-stop horn honking to hurl an egg - they're tough to clean off, it's wasting food, etc. - but after listening to several minutes of horns being held down for 15 second intervals, and then having it magically stop, it gave me a sense of enormous well-being. -
Well, if I'd known about the mutilated squirrel carcass deposited on my patio overnight (by a hawk or a cat, I assume, unless the slide-whistle player is an even more twisted little monster than I'd thought), I'd have grabbed a shovel and flung the fly-covered mess over the fence.
