Driving directions to the 'hood?

Subject: Driving directions to the 'hood?

I need to give someone directions for driving down from Westchester to Washington or Classon. Any suggestions?

I do this one every week. I usually take:

Bronx river pkwy south to the end
278 West (Bruckner) to the Triboro Br Queensbound
In Queens, take a right exit for the BQE to BK & Staten
Eventually go over the Kosciusko br into BK
Bear right at split to avoid the Williamsburg br
Take the Kent st exit.
Straight through lights and under highway
Left on Washington
Keep on going, cross Atlantic etc.

I work in the Bronx and I agree. This is the way to go.
