the law is stupid. i would want to know if i'm moving into a building with tons of kids etc...

I dont want to deal with too many kids. i remember when i was young noisy as hell .

at the least i need a much better way to phrase it as opposed to sounding like i dont have a clue or appearing to have zero respect for my client.
