cookie cutter versus control panel — Brooklynian

cookie cutter versus control panel

Hello,

We are in need of a new real estate website and have been shopping around. I was recommended a CMS based by real estate web design. What would you guys recommend, a cookie cutter site because they are so cheap or something a little more elaborate with control panels and CMS but they are little more pricey?

Thank you

  • This is a bit of an odd post. Since I'm not in the market for real estate... don't care too much. Cookie cutter can be helpful for people who want to get in and get out. Simple and easy. Good luck!
  • It depends on how technical you are. Whatever you pick, make sure that it looks good, it's easy for you to maintain - add listings and agents to the site and mosts importantly that it's easy to search and that it loads quickly.
