  • Yeah - thanks for the advertisment, but this is not even located in BROOKLYN!
  • bingo, poppy!
  • Subject: Question

Is this an all you can drink event?
  • This user and another user named PourhouseNYC have been spamming our boards for a few weeks now with various ads for the Village Pourhouse, in spite of multiple requests to stop followed by multiple warnings that they would be banned if they continued this behavior.

I'm now banning their IP addresseses and am deleting EVERYTHING I see about the Village Pourhouse from now on. But I'm leaving this one up to let y'all know about this. If you see any spam from the Village Pourhouse on this site, please let me know about it, just in case I miss it.

    sorry couldn't resist
  • Has anyone ever had this stuff? How does it taste , for real?

  • both carny and mrs. c do some very excellent things with the ol' hormel.

and, btw, you needn't miss out if you don't eat pork -- apparently there's halal Spam Oven Roasted Turkey. i bet it tastes about the same.
  • I've always wondered about that stuff , cuz people used to make fun of it and make it seem as if it's this horrible tasting garbage.

I dunno about actually eating it though. Kinda strange to me.

    Meat in a can. It's meat . . . . and it's in a can.image
  • You didn't complain about shish's canned chicken... 8-[
  • Shish's canned whore didn't give me time to complain!!

    The wounds are healed. . . moving along. . . .

I like tuna fish out of a can, has to be solid white albacore though. Mmmm , tuna , onion , and cheese sub , ahhh.

Ya'll should try that stuff in a taco , OMG , just throw some butter down on a pan and heat the tuna up .Try seasoning it with cumin powder , pepper , garlic powder , and a little bit of lemon juice.

Lay some muenster or whatever cheese you like , on top of the tuna and cover the pan with a lid so that the cheese melts quickly.

Get a corn tortilla ( the ones I use says "Tropical Corn Tortillas) and fry it in olive oil , when it starts to bubble a little , fold it using two forks , into a taco shell shape and hold it like that for a few seconds so it maintains that shape. Then throw them on some napkins.

Stuff your tacos with the tuna , some onions , shredded lettuce , avocado and sour cream. Yum. :)

Red meat out of a can? Nooooo. Like beef , yeah it's whats for dinner , but not coming out of a can.
