Opens Shoe Department With Its Own Zip Code

Saks Fifth Avenue opened a new shoe department Friday that is so big, it literality has its own zip code.

Actress Debra Messing welcomed shoppers to 10022-SHOE, the expanded shoe boutique covering the entire eighth floor of the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship.

Saks says its new department offers up to 150 percent more footwear.

The department really does have its own zip code, thanks to what organizers are calling a "groundbreaking collaboration" with the United States Postal Service. The USPS says this is part of a pilot program.
