I heart NY t-shirts on Sunday

Does anyone know why so many people were wearing the I heart NY t-shirts this weekend? I saw a bunch of people wearing them (and they looked new). I figured that they were being given out somewhere, but for what event?

I'm not sure exactly which ones you're talking about, but if you're talking about the really bright colored ones, then that is just the latest fashion, and you can find these shirt for sale in stores on Fulton St. in BK, and also on Canal St. in Manhattan.

Yeah, all the kids are wearing them. I like the I heart BK ones the best though.
