2:00 P.M.: Battle of Brooklyn Commemorative Ceremony on Battle Hill

what's the trolley tour of? and does it cost?

Trolley tour is free, but you have to RSVP asap 718.768.7300 (not sure if there's much space left). It's a tour of the cemetery's Revolutionary War related "permanent residents" as well as a look at the areas of the cemetery that were actually in the middle of the battle, back on August 28, 1776...

2:00 P.M.: Battle of Brooklyn Commemorative Ceremony on Battle Hill

Are the most dramatic, with the marching band, reinactors and cannon's being shot. Though it's a low-key event....lots of folks, though. We'll be there!

It's also just a cool excuse to explore the cemetery if you haven't been there before or only once or twice.

The re-enactors usually wind their way around the park and head down 3rd Street to the Old Stone House for a dramatic finale. Lots of smoke and noise and old uniforms - it's really cool, actually.
