Yoga studio on Greene Avenue?

I heard that the empty storefront next to the new Choice Market grocer/gourmet spot that will be on Greene Avenue is going to be a yoga studio. Has anyone else heard this rumor?

There's been no movement there since early October. I wonder what the scoop/hold up is?

Also, what about Panier? Choice's new spot next door. no movement there either.

Also, the liquor store on the corner of Greene and Grand looks like they are doing some rennovations. I wish they would take down thst junky "liquors" sign!
