Looking for Apartment in Ft Greene, Park Slope and beyond
My wife and I will be moving from Seattle to Brooklyn and are looking for an apartment. Ideally, the apartment would have the following --
1-Oct move-in date (15-Sept at the earliest)
2 bedroom (1 bedroom in a large apt would be considered)
Ground floor with garden access (our cat needs to be able to come in and out or he'll go stir crazy)
Small dogs allowed (our 3-legged dog is very well-behaved and is 25-30 lbs)
Not in a basement, we need light
Laundry in the apt would be fantastic but at least in the building would be very nice
A functional kitchen
Includes heat and hot water (if not, then a discount on the rent)
We would really like to find something in the Ft Greene or Park Slope area, but we want to spend under $1900 a month. We're willing to look farther out, but it would be ideal if we were close to the C, F, N, or R trains.
We both have insanely high credit scores, we're both home owners (currently renting out both of our homes), and have lots of documentation to validate our ability to pay the rent.
I will be in Brooklyn from the evening of the 30th until the 5th to look at apartments. If you have a lead on anything, please PM me!
Thanks!
Sean
