If it matters at all to anyone - the DA office never brought charges, the girlfriend never followed up or came to her senses.. I honestly don't know as I never saw or spoke to her again. If I had beaten her I know damn well she would have thrown the book at me as hard as she possibly could.

The complaint was thrown out, my "record" was expunged from what my lawyer told me.... although the fact does remain that I was most certainly arrested. From what I understand even that fact has been wiped from the official record.... and I never did have to pay the ticket.

As for JO... well, nothing. For once I'm at a loss for words... wait a second, no I'm not... So, JO I knew you were an idiot all along... You probably should have let that info die with me... as it turns our you had to announce to the whole world that you aren't quite right. You're taking this too seriously. Why? Why bother?
