Guest, since we've all got jobs to do, and happy lives to lead, I'm going to give you a 48-72 hour "time out."

daveb and EmilyM have volunteered their own time to moderate this community board... It's not fair for them to have to tolerate constant abuse and accusation from you.

daveb has had the patience of a saint ... explaining to you in detail why typing "you're an idiot" does not lead to a rational discussion... even responding in a very cool and neighborly manner whenever you contribute meaningful information to the board. And EmilyM is trying her best to keep this a place where neighborhood people can chat--and yes, even disagree, as long as they behave in an adult and civil manner.

If you are going to be angry about your posts being edited and deleted, please direct it at me, not daveb and EmilyM. It was me, not them, who deleted your 8+ (now 9!) angry messages that you just posted in rapid succession to this message board. To summarize them, you accused me of being a conservative and a dictator who is suppressing your free speech. Also, at least 2 of the posts had something to do with daveb and something he wrote about an air conditioner.

Finally you complained, in at least 4 angry messages, because we locked the topic in which you accused me of planting spyware on your computer. Thus depriving you of the chance to "respond." When we re-opened the topic for comments--so you could "respond"--instead of taking the opportunity, you posted something jokey and not serious that I don't understand.
