BKLYN 2.0 Real-time Social: Tuesday, Sep 25
I'm ghost-posting this for my friend Eric.
What is a BKLYN 2.0 Real-time Social? It's not a business meeting, it's just a good way to meet web people from the hood. Chat about work (i.e. computer stuff) or play (i.e. computer stuff) over a beer. BKLYN 2.0 is more about informal socializing and networking. If you work in or are interested in the Web 2.0 world, join us at Mooney's on your way from work or shut off your computer if you work from home.

BKLYN 2.0 was a success, I'm not just saying that just because I'm the co-pilot. Some folks were from Brooklynian.com and some from Meetup.com. There was a great exchange of ideas, advise, and expertise. So many people are working on their independant projects while holding down their jobs. I helped a guy plan the advertising infrastructure for his online mag, I met a documentary film maker, and the new neighbors. People came from Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, the Slope, and of course Prospect Heights. I think someone actually crossed the bridge.
I hope you geeks enjoyed the chicken wings. Cheers and see you at the next one.
Howdy, Stranger!
